Huge thanks to Paton Jamie Lambert, the boys that make up Collabro and special guests at a fabulous night at Live at Zédel to raise funds for the Dyspraxia Foundation and awareness of dyspraxia. Jamie performed two shows at the club on 6th December before rushing off to close ‘Christmas with the Stars’ at The Royal Albert Hall.
Jamie is a truly inspirational role model for those with dyspraxia and is making a real difference to awareness of dyspraxia and our work. The Hitchin Team and friends were delighted to be there for the second show along with a member of our Youth Group, 18 year old Phoebe Baron. ‘My inspiration is Jamie Lambert from Collabro and the celebrity patron of the Dyspraxia Foundation, he is my absolute inspiration and role model, he has helped me through a lot and taught me a lot. I feel so thankful and lucky to have met him and been able to tell him a bit about myself, he is a very special guy and has become a huge part of my life’
Singing ‘I wish I was special’ Jamie is a true inspiration to those affected by this poorly understood condition and yes, we think he is very special!
