Following Government guidance issued earlier this week, the Dyspraxia Foundation have closed their offices for the health and safety of their volunteers and administration team until further notice. The Hitchin Team will be working remotely from home to ensure our services, news and information continues to be available to our members and our wider community. Trustees are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) and continuously assessing its potential impact on our operations, meetings, training and other events.
Whilst we aim to continue the majority of our services, we have closed our Online Shop until further notice and our Telephone Helpline Service. However, we will continue to answer any queries via the Helpline tab on our website. Please visit https://dyspraxiafoundation.org.uk/helpline/
Remember, you can still support the foundation by doing your online shops. If you order via Amazon, please order via https://smile.amazon.co.uk and choose the Dyspraxia Foundation as the charity you want to support. You can also donate (at zero extra cost to you!) via EasyFundrasing, again sign up and choose the Dyspraxia Foundation! http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/

Sadly, we have cancelled our second dedicated adult conference scheduled for 16th May. This will now take place on Saturday, 31 October at the Royal Station Hotel, Newcastle upon Tyne. We have cancelled all other meetings held nationally or locally for the time being but continue to plan for youth workshops and our usual London conference so look out for updates to members via email or on the website.
We are fast approaching Membership Renewals due on 1st April. If you have a Direct Debit, your subscription will be updated automatically. Otherwise, please see the website to renew your membership for 2020 – 2021 from 1st April.
We very much hope to be back at 8 West Alley soon and thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time for us all.
