The Dyspraxia Foundation 2017-18 annual membership is here! Join, or renew, your membership for the next 12 months to add your voice to ours to support and raise awareness of Dyspraxia/DCD.
New for this year, we have set up Direct Debit payments to make renewal even easier so please do visit the website here to use this facility.
You can still pay via credit card as before or post a cheque along with the attached form to ‘Dyspraxia Renewals, 8 West Alley, Hitchin, Herts SG5 1EG.’ Just a reminder that if you joined as a member between 1st December 2016 and 31st March 2017, you will not need to renew and we will simply bring your membership forward for 2017 – 2018. If you have any questions about your membership subscription, please do not hesitate to contact Jo at firstname.lastname@example.org
As you know, the charity faced real hardship in the summer of 2016 and we have been working extremely hard to ensure our support continues. We need your membership to help us improve our services and offer resources to those affected by this still poorly understood condition so please do renew your membership so our efforts can continue.
A great reason to join and renew would be to get the exclusive members price for out upcoming London event/AGM!
We are excited to announce details of our forthcoming event ‘AGM and Living with Dyspraxia/DCD’ on Saturday, 24th June in London where we have Professor Amanda Kirby giving a keynote speech along with guest speakers Dr Angela Webb from the Handwriting Interest Association and our own Liam Plumridge talking about living and working with dyspraxia/DCD. See details in the newsletter and look out for a booking form by email next week.
For the first time, we have included dedicated separate workshops for dyspraxia in adulthood and for young people with dyspraxia between 16 – 25 years of age. We hope you are able to join us for a full day of talks and the opportunity to be in a room full of people who get it!
