London AGM/Conference 2017

Our AGM starts the day which will be followed by a day of talks for parents, carers, young people (16—25) and adults with dyspraxia, professionals in health and education, teachers, SENCos, Learning Support Staff, employers and anyone with an interest in neurodiversity.

We are delighted to welcome: Keynote Speaker: Professor Amanda Kirby talking about ‘Dyspraxia/DCD through the years from research to practice; Dr Angela Webb, Chair of  the Handwriting Interest Association  ‘Handwriting: how best to help those who struggle’ and past Young Ambassador, Liam Plumridge talking about his real life experience of living and working with dyspraxia/DCD.

An opportunity to chose workshops for dyspraxia in adulthood covering survey results, employment, working with other organisations and benefits.  Or for dyspraxia youth to meet fellow youth group members and take part in discussions on internet safety, how to blog and vlog and an interactive art activity.
