Universal Music launches neurodiversity handbook

Universal Music UK has today, published the first handbook specifically for the Creative Industries, embracing neurodiversity. We’d like to thank Richard Todd, Trustee for Employment at the Dyspraxia Foundation for his involvement in the Handbook and in particular for highlighting the need for neuro-diverse policies and practices in the workplace. Dyspraxia Foundation trustee Richard Todd attended the launch, “the turnout today was impressive and showed great commitment from Universal Music UK to the neurodivergent population. Universal have a true understanding of the issues, including a complete change of their recruitment process.
